No feedback on "information withheld" that led to unnecessary payment of transfer-/cancellation fees

Refer to previous communications.....I've received an amount of R7475 from transfer attorneys .....paid in on the 28th of June 2021. Explanation: "Standard Bank gave instruction to attorney in paying out the amount" Till date, I've just received the "same notification" from Standard Bank, that urgent attention will be given, with the necessary feedback.....however, no written feedback or telephonic explanation were given as yet. I've "assumed" that the amount paid out, is the 25% discount on the transfer fees however, no clarity regarding "information withheld " towards the establishing of an Access Bond .....which could have saved me another R 25427.50 on transfer fees as well as previous cancellation fee.
