No feedback nor intention of resolving

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I just received an sms to say that my case still in process. What is it that is still outstanding? I need the funds, I had to ask my friends for money as my debit order were going to bounce due to no funds in my account while to kept what is due to me in your account.
