No feedback in 3 months! Just stories! Credit to arbitration and back to credit and still no answer!

I have been trying for almost 3 months now to get feedback from standard bank on my situation! They block me on credit if I apply but can't give me a reason???? They told me about old debt which they can't proove and if I ask for credit to tell me what it was they don't know? Then my private banker tells me it has been ref to credit and then they tell me it has been ref to arbitration and after no feedback I had to contact them again and guess the reply? No arbitration has ref it back to credit? Makes no sense but the worse part is they keep on doing credit checks which lowers my itc score! On the std bank app my itc score is excellent!!!!! There Gauteng manager for std bank Katsuri Moses even mailed me and told me there must be no reason for std bank to not allow me credit but still they do!! Just ridiculous!
