No feedback from Study Loan Department

I unfortunately have to complain about the study loan department. I did apply for a study loan and was successfully approved. I had to change institution due to complications.I explained the scenario to the standard bank consultant and emails was sent. I have taken off from work to go to the Lynnwood branch several times over the last two months with no success or any feedback whatsoever.I am trying to change the institution for the study loan contract.<br> Very disappointing service from Standard Bank Lynnwood Branch.This is causing me to lose my place!
