No feedback and lies

Still to date , Standard bank fails to communicate with me regarding my queue , its sad to know that what was suppose to be my feedback on Monday , wasn't even sent to the bureau. The lies , the lies etc ...

So what if the problem was the complaints department, where do one go , they useless , full of lies , Busisiwe , Tinyiko ***** and Luyanda not knowing what he is doing there.
