I app**** for assistance in December and was informed in January that some documents were missing. I sent these and its been over the 15-20 days turn around time. I need feedback so i know what plans to make either way as my credit is being affected by the delays and I'm in a worse off situation now than i was in when I initially app**** in December 2015.
