No Feedback

I am from a well-known dealer in Stellenbsoch and we requested the registration document from Standard Bank financial services. We requested the papers of the vehicle on the 26TH of October and still nothing. At first I was told that the original document got lost and therefore they had to get a new one from the traffic department, but I had to call them a few times after that to find out when we will receive the papers. I was told that someone would contact me, but it is almost a week and I have had no feedback yet.
