My mother went to collect her credit card on Friday and she was told the bank manager has to sign it off and that he is not available. She was promised that she would be contacted asap however she is still waiting.<br> Standard Bank please advise if your manager will still be available this year or whether she should only expect the credit card sometime in January 2016.
