NO FEEDBACK

Noticed on credit that there was an amount outstanding for Standard bank from 4 years ago. Contacted bank and emailed Megan Perreira. she emailed back and said she would look into it. Came back to me and said they have no record of this account, but they think its for another account. Pointed out that this was not the case. She emailed said that another person would now deal with the matter. Asked her twice via email who this person is and contact number. She has not bothered to responded since 27/08/2015. This amount still sits on credit record and is affecting my credit rating.
