No feedback

Last week I called to submit a claim on my insurance. The lady took down the details/nature of my claim and then said a consultant will phone me back. Till today, there has been no communication. This is the second time that Standard Bank Insurance is delaying my claims. I am not impressed with the customer service, or rather lack thereof from the service provider.<br> <br> <br> <br>
