No Feedback

2 Weeks ago I app**** for car finance, my application was processed and I received immediate feedback that my finance was approved pending certain documentation which I sent immediately. I then received email confirmation that my finance was approved and that the dealer will be contacted for invoicing. 2 Weeks later nothing has been done. After numerous follow up with Standard Bank I was eventually told by Simphiwe that my application is pending Employment confirmation, after further enquiries it was established that the verification depart was using the incorrect number to contact my company, despite twice providing standard bank with the correct contact numbers I have not received any feedback.
