No feedback

9days later no feedback from the ***** team and when I follow up it's always escalated a team leader will call but no one has to date the agents are nonchalant telling me to wait how the heck do I wait for my money I trusted use with and it vanished now it's a never ending investigation but it's clear the funds needs to be reversed
