I app**** for a personal loan with Standard bank, and I received an approval letter which I signed and send back to accept the offer. Standard bank asked me to send the supporting documents and i did a few times to the email provided. Up to now, they did not even bother to call me back. I ask many times for an update, but only got ignored. Not good service Standard bank.
