No feedback

Dear Standard Bank

When I lay a complaint with you and your so called Team leader and promised feedback, I expect that. It's been over a month and nobody has gotten back to me. To top it all, I am still receiving smsS on the number I have no clue why it is still use when I've been very clear with my contact details. Tell me if you can't and I will gladly go to another bank. PATHETIC!
