No feedaback on claim query

I submitted an insurance claim on my vehicle in March and the claim was approved in April. There has been no further communication not has the selected bodyworks supplier contacted me to follow up on approved claim. I enquired again last week via email. The disclaimer says the response time is 48hrs and still no response from Standard Bank. This is not the kind of service I expected when I took out the policy. I am disappointed.
