No feed back even after providing all the evdince

toClaim Number 15/037032 case Number H*** We have submitted everything this includes photos and contact details over and over as per Standerbanks request and yet no one will come back to you to say were do your claim stands. Is it because we are white that Standerbank do not want to process our claim, or is that they only takes your money seeing that there is so much *******ion in South Africa? why do you pay your monthly insurance and when you need help the provider do not pay up do not come back to you. You keep on calling and calling with no reaction that do feel it is best to give up. Why must we keep in losing we did not ask that our property must be damaged we did not ask that our son should be held as a hostage while the ******* break everything out it seems that you need to be on the wrong side of the law the get some were in this land, to be the victim counts nothing and all that Standarbank do is passing the case form one person to another person. We did do our part by submitting the document and yet no one has contact our son as per the last communication how many people must loose there money for a services that you have pay every month. this is not right.
