No delivery of quarterly bank statements

Our club is not receiving quarterly bank statement, and to request them it is a mission. The last statement we received was no. 21 of April 2017 after an exhaustive e-mail communications, WHY IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT? KINDLY SEND OUR STATEMENTS. Someone is not doing his job properly and sleeping on his/her job. Our bank statements are supposed to be transmitted by e-mail or post to the provided contacts, and nothing is being sent. At some point we were told that previous bank statements are to be charged for and not for free, ok, if you didn't send even one, why should we pay standard bank for their faults. we have exhausted our efforts in dealing with them BizDirect, E-Staements, etc. WHY IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT? KINDLY SEND OUR STATEMENTS. WHY IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT? KINDLY SEND OUR STATEMENTS. WHY IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT? KINDLY SEND OUR STATEMENTS. WHY IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT? KINDLY SEND OUR STATEMENTS. AT LEAST THE LATEST STATEMENT NOW!!!!

Notice Deposit (Ref no: ********** 250) Inbox x BizDirect 15:06 (32 minutes ago) to me Good day Portia Thank you for the e-mail received regarding copies of statements. Please accept my apology for the delay in response. Please be advised that we have tried to contact you today at 16:02, with no success. The reason for my call, was to conduct a security check with you and to also advise of the charges involved in the request of this nature of R52.50 per statement as well as the turn-around time of 2-3 business days. Please advise us of your preferred time for us to contact you. Trust that the above is in order, we shall await your response. Kind regards Zandile Nkosi E-mail Department BizDirect Response Centre, Business Banking Tel: ********** International: +27 10 ********** ********** | www.standardbank.co.za My reply: Kindly note that recent statement it is free, and why should we pay for the previous statements if they were not sent to us on time. This is pathetic and money making scheme that Standard Bank is doing and it is done deliberately by not sending statements on time. It is pointless trying to contact me while your departments are not doing their job which we trusted them to do. Kindly send our statement on time to our email address given to you. Do not charge any amount for the current statement. I am warning you. This has been happening for the past 2 years and it is not resolved until today. Regards

This is exhaustive for just Standard Bank to send statement quarterly!!! But Why? Complaints Process: Step 1 If you are not satisfied with our service you can raise a complaint at your nearest branch/suite or with your relationship manager. They will give you a reference number and a timeline to resolve your complaint. We will give you regular feedback until your complaint is resolved. Step 2 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can escalate it to the Complaints Resolution Centre (the Centre): Call them on ***, or Send an email to ********** or Send a fax to ********** or +27 11 ********** , or Click here to log the complaint on to our website Please give the Centre the reference number you got from the branch/suite or your relationship manager and all relevant information about your complaint, including correspondence with the branch/suite or your relationship manager. The Centre will: Acknowledge receipt of your complaint and give you a reference number within 24 hours after you have lodged the complaint by email, fax or the website. Allocate a case manager who will manage your complaint with the relevant business area or product supplier. Keep you updated on progress of our investigation. Resolve your complaint within eight working days. Your case manager will let you know if the Centre needs more time to investigate the matter. Notify you in writing of the outcome, using your preferred method of communication. If we do not resolve your complaint, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you are welcome to make use of the services of the Ombudsmen mentioned below. This service is available at no cost to you to consider any complaint that we have not been able to resolve. You can also refer your complaint to the relevant regulator. Step 3 You need to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant ombudsman or regulator. The ombudsmen and regulators require complaints to be lodged generally within four to six months after you have received an outcome from us
