No Customer service

<p>Once again standard bank fails to deliver customer service. A frozen bank account with no communication. I spent over thirty minutes being sent from one department to the next and then end up being told that my account was blocked due to me being under debt review. This occured even though my overdraft is fully paid. Not one of my debits is allowed to go off and i was told that the only way to resolve this is to go into my branch even though I told the lady I was speaking to that I am away from home. This lady failed to even attempt to help me, in retrospect she even told me that i can take my complaint to the ombudsman after i said i should. Standard bank should offer some customer relations and service training to Puseletso Mochaoa. She has tarnished your image with me and now I am questioning why I am still with a bank that has the lowest customer service in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
