No Customer service
Went to the bank today to draw bank statements to use in court for divorce purposes. One lady came up to me asking what do I need help with? I then rep**** that I need bank statements from Jan 2020 to May 2022 - the rest I could download online. She rep**** - that Bak statements are R60 per month to pull inside the bank - but online only give from June 2022 up to date. I said I'm a single mother who does not even receive child support - R60 per month is way above my budget...the lady rep**** that I can sit and wait for assistance for them to see what they can do for me...an hour later I was still waiting - so I left. Where I could download all the needed bank statements from FNB online with no issues, even from Jan 2020. Standard bank is really falling behind on customer service inside the banks and even online. I really need help to get my statements from Standard bank from Jan 2020 to May 2022.
