no curtosy car as promised after breakdown

On the 25th April 2015 at 2am I got stuck in polokwane. I called innovation group and no one picked up, I then send them an email. As stated in my contract with them I have a choice ot a 1 day curtosy car or accomodation if iget stuck 100 km away from how. Belive me when I say after calling them a number of times I then organised my own towing truck seeing that they cant help me. I called them again at 9am to organise a curtosy car so I can go bback home after after 4 hour they called me to tell me that they can not assist me Because they did not tow me. So I am wondering was I supposed to leave my car on the road while waiting for their assistence or they just didnt care about their custoners they are only interested in my money
