No control of personal Credit Card

<p>I’m extremely upset that Standard bank allowed a merchant to do a transaction on my credit card without my permission or knowledge. I did deal with this merchant last year and was not planning to renew my subscription but they went ahead. The amount of R1736.67 was deducted from my card after I instructed the ***** department to stop the payment yet you failed me. I this is my savings money you. I want you to return my money or I will lay a complaint with the ombuts man. This is really scary that you money is not safe in your bank.</p>
