No confirmation that bank account is closed and still get adverts sms to me.

<p>After being promised by Tygervalley branch manager that it will be closed today (02/12/2016), i still did not get my confirmation email that it is closed. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?!?!?!?!?!?!? Jeez man how hard is it? You guys want to keep it open so that I must pay and then you can get every cent out of me. Why do I get sms advertising as if I am still a client. </p> <p> </p> <p>I won't let you give me a bad credit score because you guys can't do your damn jobs.
