No company Runs a debit order on the 14th with our premission except for Standard Bank

Good day

Yesterday I received the following sms from Standard bank : Hi ? for your convenience, your Personal Loan debit order will be processed on the 14 Dec’18 to give you time to enjoy your NEXT family holiday. The Jan’19 instalment will be processed on the normal date. Queries? ***. I called the number as I only get paid next week and do not have the fund in my account to pay for this right now I told the lady that and she was very rude didn't want to assist me and hung the phone up after saying the debit order wont run if your salary hasn't cleared. Well it is today and guess what the debit order ran and I am in over draft ? So I am wondering is this how standard bank deal with their customers ? Is this how they treat them ? I signed a debit order date for a reason ? now I have a week left with no money to buy food and electricity for my family is this how you treat your customers to make them poor and leave them without food before the holidays ? This makes me sick and I will be moving my accounts to another bank in the new year. I am done with Standard Bank
