No communication skills in branch or call centres.

On the 18th I had my cheque card ******, I phoned to cancel it. Explaining that my ID book was also ****** the customer service consultant let me know that unfortunately a branch would not accept my drivers licence and I needed to obtain a temporary ID first.
Then a few days later I am notified by sms that my card has been delivered to TYGER MANOR. I requested the card be sent there however knowing the inefficiencies you have as a business I called ahead of collection.
I spent a total of 68 minutes, speaking to MULTIPLE call centre consultants as well as the branch 3 times. I struggled to reach the branch and so did your call centre. I was cut off 8 times! I begged for someone to confirm whether or not my card was actually at the branch.
When I reach the branch, I am told my card is NOT there. I call the call centre AGAIN to be told it definitely is there. I get to the branch to be told it is in fact at TYGERVALLY! I get given a blue card to be told I will be called when my card arrives...GUESS what? NO CALL! I have not received open access to my online banking which means my bills cannot be paid. Would someone please let me know where my card is!!!!
