NO COMMUNICATION SENT ABOUT A RESPREAD/RESTRUCTURE

I app**** for a restructure/re-spread on my vehicle finance as I had been retrenched at work. My installment was R3 815.00 . Standard bank asked me to send all my documents which I did and my restructure was approved. To my surprise I have been advised that I have to pay R8 900.00 which was the same amount I was owing when I app**** for a restructure. After approving a restructure no communication was sent to me how my payments will be restructured and did not sign any documents to confirm. I only received the letter of a revised payment plan after sending an email to Cassie Xavier whom I requested to please explain the payment plans and he advised it was written on the letter. I then contacted Sibusiso Shwala who advised my case was no longer with him but with Ronnie and will try to contact him. He gave me a number to call *** which I did not get hold of him. I am now back to square one with this and no one is helping me. I can afford to pay my installment and a portion of the amount in arrears as I have started to work again. I cannot afford to pay an installment of R8 900. Is this how customers are treated??
