No Communication regarding previous complaint and **** email address

It has now been 72 hours since I first complained to Standard Bank about this issue and have not received any communication. The email address they rep**** with on my previous post 'does not exist'. I want this issue resolved and I want to liase with an actual person via email, not a copy and paste message. I will continue posting about this until the issue is resolved. --------------

On Friday 10 September I visited the Mowbray Standard Bank branch to inquire about a payment that was incorrectly sent to a Standard bank account in my name. I was informed for the first time EVER that I was in debt to Standard bank.

The account has not been used in years and I was advised by a bank teller that the account would be suspended or deactivated after a certain time of inactivity. So you can imagine how confused I was when I was informed that the payment had been absorbed by a large overdraft sum. The first I heard of this apparent debt was on Friday when I made an in person visit to the branch. Standard bank has not communicated with me via email, phone or post in years. I was under the impression that since I had not heard from standard bank nor made ANY transactions in 2 years, my account had been deactivated. I have tried to log into Standard bank's internet banking, but it seems my online banking has been deactivated, so I can't even check on the activity on my account.

On top of it all, standard bank has not rep**** to my emails sent in the last 48 hours. I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone to talk to a teller so that I could get the email address of an actual human being to send my queries to.

My email address is *** My details are GM Le Roux Birthdate: 21/06/1996 I do not want to talk on the phone, I would like my money back and for my 'debt' to be cancelled. This is highly *********.
