No communication from Standard Bank

Good day. I have been asking Standard Bank via email "***" to please assist with my late fathers Will Trust Bank Account. This started on the 23rd December as at today Standard Bank have still not responded. I do get the Standard email response that they value my email and will get back to me ASAP. But still nothing. Below is the email thread. Good day once again. Its now the 5th January, and I have still had no response from Standard Bank in regard to my email of the 23rdDecember. Bank Statements (2012–2013) I require copies of the bank statements for the AR Eckley Will Trust account covering the period 2012 to 2015, as I have reason to suspect *****ulent activity during this time. 2. Interest Payments to Late Mary C. Eckley It has come to my attention that interest earned from the AR Eckley Will Trust account continues to be paid into the bank account of the late Mary C.
