NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter on 15.05.2015 as I was not getting any feedback regarding my claim. Tarryn sent an email on 18.05.2015 (3 days later) \Kindly provide us with your Id number and the said emails. <br> Upon receipt of this information we will gladly assist and advise accordingly <br> We appreciate you drawing your concerns to our attention"I emailed back immediately on the same day 18.05.2015.<br> TO DATE not even a read receipt"
