No communication after funds have cleared
Not helpful at all last month i paid 100 rands extra after that i still owed R6.96 which was paid ,then i was told it takes 3 working days for funds to reflect .I have paper trail to prove as i have been communicating by email so dissapointed

08 Oct 2020, 19:38I sent proof of the deposit on the 28 Sep,I know funds reflect after 3 days however no one bothered to inform me that funds are not reflecting.After writing here which was 7 working days i was told that my account has accumulated interest i must pay 64.95 and all these conversation are on email .I would like to know how do I move forward(like your add)If you dont value and respect me as a customer
