No Communication

This is not the first time that this has happened. I have phoned *** twice and someone keeps disconnecting the call after waiting extremely long. Sent 3 emails, 1st was read in Uganda and the rest responded with message that someone would contact me within a prescribed period. Service in this country really sucks.
