No clue on products

I have been calling for the past 2 says trying to get the balance on my loan but have been transfer from pillar to post.. It looks like all the people I spoke to don't understand the products. I would be made to hold for a long time and a person comes back and has forgotten about you. The service is very bad and the people answering phones looks like they don't care about customers.
