No clue
From the start yes by accident I did indeed make an error on FNB transferring funds incorrectly to the public beneficiary for Standard Bank Debtor finance thinking by using the account number my funds would be directed to my Standard Bank revolving credit account in order to settle it. Alas that was not the case.

Since the 20th February I have been sent from pillar to post by the various Standard Bank call centers, been given emails which do not work, been in conference calls with different departments and clearly no one knows nothing, some don't even know Standard Bank has debtors finance.

On the Standard Bank site the number for debtors finance needs you to the extension of the person you need, that would be great if I did. If it was the case of a couple hundred rand I would just leave it however its a lot of money, I need someone from Standard Bank to contact me immediately or I lay case of theft, go to the oubadsman and media.

Enough is enough of being shunted around. And no my bank cannot retract as I used a public beneficiary account.

Strange how a whole department in the bank cannot be contacted easily!!!!! Why???
