No clearance of EFT funds !
I had funds transferred to me from a standard bank account holder to my standard bank account! You will think that it will clear immediately! no the funds do not clear immediately! When I called the call centre they tell me it will take a day to clear! Are you kidding me!!! All other banks of same transfers clears immediately, why is Standard bank so archaic?? When I had funds transferred previously, the call centre agent cleared it for me but this time the agent tells me she cannot clear it!! Wow, need to change my bank, standard bank is a no bank for me if EFT cannot be cleared immediately!! I see the funds sitting in my account but I cannot access it!!!! Absolutely frustrating as I needed to get to the doctors!!!
