No Clarity - Final Building Loan Payment Withheld!

I've submitted my final progress draws in Jan together with engineering certificates which all other banks (of residents in my complex) have accepted for final sign-off. Standard Bank requested more detailed documentation which I subsequently asked my developer to provide. We since provided this to Standard Bank in Feb but have not received the final deposit. Standard Bank are not able to provide us with a definitive reason as to what is wrong with the engineering certification despite numerous follow-ups and as a result we're not able to close of the build on my new home. <br> <br> This is SHOCKING service and both my developer and I are extremely frustrated.
