NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

<p>Ok... Where to start... I put in at least 3 complaints on FB a week regarding the ATM at Nothmead Square. As usual, not that I was surprised I went there again this morning and guess what... oh my shattered nerves... the ATM was out of service again... or let me rather say still... How many complaints will it take for this to be sorted out? I need to bank cash on a daily basis and whenever I go to this ATM it is out of order or closed. So now I travel with cash which is not safe but does Standard Bank care? NO! So many promises that they will look into it but I am sure that they are blind. Either they dont care about their customers or dont do anything to sort complaints out. You might as well close that ATM as it is more out of service than anything else. Your customer service and handeling of complaints is beyond pathetic! I will never recommend Standard Bank to anyone! You will get better service if you send and email to South Sudan using a homing ***eon! </p>
