No call back

I have been calling Standard bank Home loans since Monday, i have also been logging request online for someone to call me back with no Luck, its so annoying having to call leave your details and being told someone will call you back and no one calls you back as a Standard bank clients i feel this is pathethic all i want is a pre-approval home loan nothing more, like seriously guys. i bank with you i want my home loan with you
