no call

approx. 2 years ago standard bank phoned me about personnel banking and I arranged for a meeting the next day, I travelling 30km for the meeting only to be told the lady has gone out and they don't know where, I left my details but received no follow up, last Friday I went to standard bank in connection with a banking problem and asked the lady banker about the colour of my credit card , she informed me that I should be platinum and said she will contact my personnel banker about it, I informed her of what happened 2 years ago and she said it wont happen again and I will be contacted on Monday, guess what still no contact, doesn't sound like personnel banking to me
