NO BANKS IN SMALL TOWN AND ATM NOT ENOUGH

I want to complain about the fact that there are no banks in the small towns. We have two ATM's in our town. How is it expected that two ATM's should be enough for about 5000(could be more) people. On end of the month and SASSA payday's there is no way to withdraw money at any of the two ATM's except if you are willing and able to stand in line for two hours!! We also have to pay more fees because we have to withdraw money from a bank that is not our bank but we have no other option!! This is so unfair to small town residents. Please consider us because we also pay fees like any other bank client.
