No bank statements recieved for 5 months

To whom it concern

I have not received my bank statements for more than 5 months - when I called my branch (kromboom) they keep on telling me that its been resolved AND EVERY month I wait and still nothing comes. I have confirmed my email address, etc BUT still no statement. What is the issue here, I'm entitled to my bank statements getting emailed to me monthly (isn't that why I pay banking fees). This has caused me a huge inconvenience when I had to provide bank statements when buying a new car last month.
