No bank statements available

<p>Standard bank festival mall outside machine has not had paper to print statements since they opened this morning. Pertunia who works there advises that they are still waiting for technical assistance to be able to print. How can a whole bank not be able to print a bank statement that you need urgently?</p> <p>Their customer service is so bad that they are not even willing to print my statement from their printers inside the bank so as to compensate for the inconvenience.</p> <p>This was the last straw I needed to move over to fnb.</p>
