NO ATM CARD 22 DAYS AFTER OPENING ACCOUNT

I am greatly disappointed and let down by Standard bank Balfour park. I opened a new cheque account on August 20th and i was told i will receive an sms within 5 working days to come and collect my Cheque card. I have gone there twice now asking for my card but no clear explanation is given. Its now 22 days and counting. This kind of service is appalling. Very poor poor. You have my money but how do you want me to transact???? DAMN IT I WANT MY ATM CARD otherwise i will shut that account and go elsewhere.
