NO ASSSIST FROM STANDARD HOME LOANS FOR EXTENDING TERM

Poor poor service. I am totally disappointed in Standard Bank home loan department, I took out a home loan with Standard bank and started with an installment that was affordable. However since then the interest rate has been going high almost every month leaving with with an installment that is ridiculous, So I contact them to extend my term on my Home loan with that my installment could be brought down. However it has been a tedious exercise and very disappointing, Because had it been a new application they wouldn't have been so delayed in trying to assist their customers. And by right they this should be the top of their priority given that the Country is in such a bad state. To date I have not yet received any feedback which makes me think that Standard bank rather have customers loose their homes instead of trying to assist them adequately and effectively.
