No assistant from the Bond department
I app**** for a further bond and there is a problem with the paper work at the lawyers that the bank appointed. The further bond amounts are different between the lawyers and the bank. After explaining the problem to the bond department why can they not call the lawyers and sort it out.? Why do they tell me to call the lawyers when there is nothing I can do?
