No assistance with saving my property

The home I reside in which was home to my ex and I, is now about to be repossessed by Standard Bank, as the partner has chosen to not pay the bank. There has been a High Court case between us regarding this property for 4 years!!! I and my Attorney have approached the bank to allow me to purchase the property for the outstanding amount for many months now and no one is interested!!!! Yet now they will repo and auction etc, rather than make a decision with me. This makes no sense, and all I get is they are protecting their client, who hasn't paid them for many months?????? Please can someone assist me as I want to save my home and surly standardbank would rather save money of legal action and let me take over the property and debt. I have been a loyal standardbank client for years and I cant even get assistance when I need it.
