NO ASSISTANCE IN ***** CASE FROM STANDARD BANK

I was held hostage on 20 July 2022 between 10h30 and 13h15 in Sebokeng near Mbuli st Avaton Jhb. I was forced to open my banking apps. They transfered my funds to unknown account. When I got released, I phoned my wife and shared the info. She immediately phoned Standardbank ***** department ***and spoke to Graig Govender. Graig confirmed they will lock the freez the account. Standard bank phoned back from +***5 at 13h41 to confirm. I am in Bloemfontein now to find out that nothing was done. I had te report or again. NO PROPER ASSISTANCE CROON STANDARD BANK NOTHING WAS DONE. Police Case number 313/7/2022 Vaderbijlpark police station.
