No assistance for the last 8 months

<p>Im am a prestige account hold with standard bank, i moed to CT and wanted to get a private banker this side, but 8 months has passed and no one can assit me. Standard bank keeps referring me to different branches and there no one helps me. Now i need a home loan and still they cannot assit Should i change banks? Can someone assist?</p>
