No assistance and wasting time

I called into the call centre as branch numbers no longer exist almost 10 times wanting to change my OTP cell number for internet banking as the persona who has signage rights passed away BUT I AM THE OWNER AND LISTED AS SUCH. they advised that they cannot assist me over the phone. And that I should go to my nearest branch. Spent over 2 hours waiting and was helped by Carmen at the Milnerton beach who was also unable to assist me saying that a business relationship manager should help me and they are only available on email. She says they always take long and I walked out with none of my requests attended to. It’s been 4 days with no news and no way for me to operate my business without access to funding - I needed a new card too as my old one expired. I am getting no where and have been a customer for many many years!! It’s pathetic that not only I wasn’t able being helped on the telephone which all the bank promote but I had to waste my tak me going to the bank self with even less enthusiasm and willingness to be helped.
