No Assistance

I have been a client of Std Bank from 2000. They were very helpful and always called me to offer me products until i was retrenched in 2009. Ever since then I am basically non existent to the bank. They are happy to receive the funds that goes into my account but they wont provide me with the required facilities. I am being offered finance from other banks yet my own bank wont assist. Why should I remain loyal to a bank that does not even recognize me? The consultant at the branch was very helpful but unfortunately I am appalled by the response from the bank. I was a victim of the recession but since then things have improved so why am i still being victimized
