No answer when calling call centrs

Good Afternoon,

I have been trying to get a hold of someone who works in the pension backed home loan department we called numerous time, but held for about an hour.

We came to the branch to see of they can assist but them same thing is happening. Mark is really trying hos best But he is on hold for long periods and was also cut off. Cam someone please call is back!!
