No answer to Standard Bank Customer Service Lines
I have just had another fruitless call to Standard Bank Customer services. Music for 30 mins 20 sec. Really Standard bank - this is how you care for your customers. Also, one has to literally go into the bank to make an appointment to see a banker or wait for hours. Standard Bank not working for me .

26 Jan 2024, 14:02Trying hard means that you really need to get the basics right with your customer service line. Then that solution will work for me , other customers and even your bank staff. I have stood in the bank before today while a Standard Bank employee tried unsuccessfully to get an answer to a call.
